Terms & Conditions

Software Setup/Customization/Support will be delivered within the scope of the software current capabilities & available features. All new feature(s) requested will be communicated to the respective software product development team. As the respective software as service providers has their own process to consider and prioritize any feature for development and release. 1 Cloud Consulting has no control and can not request the respective software as service provider to consider or prioritize the requested feature(s) currently not available.

All support from 1 Cloud Consulting are subject to be applied only on the deployed solution, if in case the requirement is for any additional work which is not included in the initial scope of work, then it could be separately charged based on the mutual understanding of both parties. In case client does not have an active support and maintenance package from  1 Cloud Consulting remote support will be charged  USD 100 Per hour + Applicable Taxes.

Refund Policy

All the payments received towards software Consulting/Setup/Customization/Training/Support are non-refundable. Any applicable administrative charges will be communicated to the Customer at the time when the request for cancellation is made. 1 Cloud Consulting reserves the right to use any legal means it may have at its disposal to recover such charges or to deny further use of the Site’s Services to the user, as it may deem necessary.

Privacy Policy

Project Delivery and Business Communication: 1 Cloud Consulting may designate a number of employees, associates, or even third party vendors, to deliver the project, process the information and manage our customers communication via WhatsApp, Live Chat, Email, Online Meetings or Phone.
